More than 300 passengers aboard a cruise become ill with norovirus

BAYONNE, NEW JERSEY- More than 300 passengers and workers on board a cruise ship docked in Bayonne, became ill with norovirus.

Gastrointestinal disease, which includes symptoms such as stomach pain and diarrhea, has not been confirmed by the authorities, however, passengers who spoke with news say that something was wrong.

Some passengers reported strong stomach pain lasting up to two days.

Both the cruise line as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Disease statements have not yet, this due to the partial government shutdown.
